Do I need any prior experience?
No. Our complete courses start from the absolute basics — encoding, decoding and system navigation — and build up to professional-level ticketing.
Are classes online or in person?
Both. Every batch runs as a live online cohort and an on-campus cohort in Dhaka. You pick the mode when you enroll and can switch a session if you need to.
Will I get certified?
Yes. On completion you receive a Sazzad Travel School certificate mapped to IATA-aligned competencies, plus your lab performance record.
Do you help with jobs?
The Pro + Placement track includes CV review, mock interviews and direct referrals to our partner agencies. Course and bundle students get access to our job board.
How do I pay?
